By accessing or using ProvenanceOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ProvenanceOS is building a software provenance intelligence platform. Authenticated scan intake is available today; capabilities such as AI-origin detection, dependency lineage mapping, policy enforcement, and compliance reporting will be provided as they reach general availability.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Upload malicious code or content
5. Intellectual Property
ProvenanceOS and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Developer312 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ProvenanceOS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
